Treatment & Recovery

Every stumbling block will become a stepping stone
Every opposition will become an opportunity

– John Maxwell

“The most meaningful part of my work at Angels of Champions is the privilege of playing a small role in the lives of those impacted by addiction—and witnessing the powerful change that becomes possible when families discover clear direction and purpose.”

Transformational Coaching

Over the past several years, recovery programs have increasingly integrated Transformational Coaching as part of a comprehensive recovery strategy. This approach has proven to be a valuable component in supporting sustained recovery and long-term life success.

The transformational coaching experience is different for every individual, because no two journeys are the same. Each person chooses their vision for the future—and the path they will take to create meaningful change.

At its core, transformational coaching is about possibility. As the process unfolds, individuals are inspired to explore new perspectives, uncover purpose, and transform their vision for the future into reality.

What Is Transformational Coaching?

The word Transformational means a complete change.
The word Coach means to guide or train intensively.

Together, transformational coaching is a guided process that supports intentional, lasting change. It encourages growth in life purpose, direction, and identity—recognizing that every individual’s transformation is uniquely personal.

Transformational coaching focuses on the whole person, supporting physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental wellness as individuals move toward the life they are meant to live.

How the Process Works

Transformational coaching includes key elements that lead to meaningful and sustainable results. While the journey is personal, effective coaches share core values—most importantly, the commitment to walk beside you, offering guidance, accountability, and support at the right moments along the way.

Rather than being limited by past events, this process helps individuals look forward—empowered to build a future defined by purpose, clarity, and hope.

As you begin your coaching journey, your transformational coach serves as a trusted guide—helping you recognize who you are today, envision the Champion you want to become, and illuminate the path toward lasting change.

Coaching With Intention

Everything we do in transformational coaching has a purpose. Learning to live with intention produces intentional results—results that propel individuals forward toward their goals and calling.

Coaching vs. Therapy

It is important to understand what transformational coaching is—and is not.

Transformational coaching is not therapy.

A therapist is a licensed medical professional who focuses on understanding the past and equipping individuals with tools to cope with life’s challenges. Transformational coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused. It helps individuals identify goals, clarify vision, and actively engage in the process of creating change.

Both have value—but they serve different purposes.

Is Transformational Coaching Right for You?

Entering a coaching relationship is a meaningful and highly personal decision. Transformational coaching is not for everyone.

It is for individuals who are willing to acknowledge what is not working in their lives—and who are prepared to do the work required to experience meaningful, lasting change.

As you spend time listening to the still, small voice within…

you begin to discover what you were created to do.

What once felt impossible…

becomes possible—

as you rise into a divinely purposed future.

It is the hope of the Angels of Champions Coaching team, that you may be encouraged to decide to begin your own journey of transformation.

Warmly,
